Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your Thai Hot Sauce, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of your damaged goods. In the pictures, please include the damaged box and shipping label showing tracking number.  We will replace the damaged item(s) free of charge.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and approved your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sdsauce.com and send your item to: 36-46 37th St, Long Island City, NY 11101.
